Gauteng Ekurhuleni Netball Association (GENA) provides the opportunity for women of all ages and racial backgrounds to practise the sport of Netball in Ekurhuleni, both for recreational and competitive purposes within a structured and developmental environment.

Congratulations to our U/19 and U/21 team who participated in the South African U/19 and U/21 Tournament held in Rustenburg from the 10th to the 16th July.

Membership


Gauteng Ekurhuleni Netball Association is affiliated to Netball South Africa and made up of approximately 250 members, who have a passion for playing netball. All clubs, coaches, umpires, officials and netball players in Ekurhuleni must affiliate to Gauteng Ekurhuleni Netball Association.


EGNA has five teams participating at the South African Netball Championship.

  • U/21 Team

  • Senior Ladies Team

  • Senior Men’s Team


Fees

Members pay an annual fee. For more information send a request to cdp@global.co.za.


Interested in becoming a member?

New clubs are always welcome to Gauteng Ekurhuleni Netball Association. However, before applying please ensure that you are able to make a full commitment to our Region. We expect all clubs to attend all matches (Wednesday evening). Our season is from February to June and September to November each year.
